1. Using ClipMotion
You may use ClipMotion only if you can legally enter into these Terms and you comply with applicable law. You are responsible for your account, the content you upload, and activity performed through your account.
2. Your content
You retain your rights in product images, logos, copy, audio and other materials you upload. You grant ClipMotion the limited rights needed to store, process, transform and render those materials in order to provide the service.
You must have the necessary rights to the materials you submit. Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or is unlawful.
3. AI generation
Some features use third-party AI services to generate motion, voice or other media. AI results can vary and may contain errors or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them commercially.
ClipMotion does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, error-free, suitable for a specific purpose, or free from similarity to content generated for others.
4. Credits and billing
AI credits are used for eligible generation actions shown in the product. Editing copy, brand settings and supported deterministic re-renders may be provided without consuming additional AI credits.
Credit packs are one-time purchases unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Prices, included credits and available payment methods are displayed before purchase. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to Stripe's payment processing terms. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use ClipMotion to violate law, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, distribute malware, abuse infrastructure, evade usage limits, manipulate billing or attempt to access another user's projects or data.
7. Availability
We aim to keep ClipMotion available, but generation providers, payment services and cloud infrastructure can experience interruptions. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued when necessary to maintain or improve the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using ClipMotion at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
ClipMotion is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
