1. Information we process
We process account information such as your email address, authentication data, project settings, uploaded media, generated media, billing records, credit balances and technical information required to operate the service.
2. Project and media data
When you create a project, ClipMotion may store product images, logos, audio files, generated video clips, final renders, prompts, scene settings and brand configuration so you can save, resume and export your work.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide project storage, generate requested media, process payments, maintain credit balances, render videos, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and improve service reliability.
4. Service providers
ClipMotion relies on infrastructure and specialist providers. Depending on the feature you use, data may be processed by Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Stripe for payment processing; LTX or other configured AI providers for video generation; Deepgram for generated voice; and Vercel for application hosting and delivery.
5. Payments
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. ClipMotion receives payment status and transaction-related identifiers needed to credit your account and maintain purchase history, but does not need to store your full card number.
6. Retention
We retain account, project and purchase information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the service at any time.
7. Security
ClipMotion uses access controls, private storage, authenticated project access and server-side controls for sensitive operations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may update project content, stop using optional AI features, and choose whether to add voice or melody tracks. Where applicable, you may also exercise legal rights concerning your personal data under the laws that apply to you.
9. Children
ClipMotion is not intended for children who are not legally able to enter into an online service agreement in their jurisdiction.
Optional page-view statistics
If you allow analytics in Privacy choices, ClipMotion records the public page path without query parameters, time of visit, a random browser-tab session identifier and the referring domain. This analytics table does not store your email address, full referrer URL or IP address. Hosting providers may maintain separate technical logs.
These events are used for aggregate daily, weekly and monthly statistics. The temporary session identifier is stored in sessionStorage; your analytics choice is remembered in localStorage. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Privacy choices. Do Not Track is respected.
10. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as ClipMotion changes. The latest version will be posted here with the updated date.
